A green manufacturing facility that upcycles locally collected post-consumer packaging into locally distributed high-performance building materials.

Each UpFactory, running on a custom-built operating system, creates dozens of new manufacturing jobs, relieves local landfills and builds a strong domestic end market for beverage cartons , soft plastics, flexible films and other consumer packaging. The building materials produced at UpFactories save up to 80% of CO2 emissions vs. the traditional gypsum- , cement- or wood-based products.
